1. Definitions:

1.2. "Investor" refers to any individual or entity who participates in our investment programs.
1.3. "Investment Plan" refers to the program offering 0.25% to 2% daily returns and 2x capital.
1.4. "ROI" stands for Return on Investment.
1.5. "Direct Referral Bonus" means a 5% bonus for direct referrals.
1.6. "Level Bonus" refers to the earnings distributed across 15 levels, up to 96% ROI.
1.7. "Auto Withdrawal" refers to the ability of investors to withdraw their ROI at any time, with a minimum threshold of $10.

2. Investment Plan Overview:

2.1. Investors can deposit funds into the BoostUpM program.
2.2. Daily returns range from 0.25% to 2%, depending on the investment amount and plan.
2.3. Once an investor’s capital doubles (2x), no additional claims or earnings can be made on the initial investment.
2.4. Reinvestment is required to continue participation after the 2x cap.

3. Referral Program:

3.1. A 5% direct referral bonus is credited for each new investor referred.
3.2. Earnings are distributed across 15 levels, amounting to a cumulative ROI of up to 96%.
3.3. Referral bonuses are subject to the investor’s active participation in the program.

4. Withdrawal Policy:

4.1. ROI can be withdrawn at any time through the Auto Withdrawal feature.
4.2. The minimum withdrawal amount is $5. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4.3. Withdrawals are processed within [Insert Timeframe] from the date of request.
4.4. No withdrawals are permitted beyond the 2x earnings cap for an initial investment.

5.Obligations and Restrictions:

5.1. Investors must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
5.2. Misuse of the referral system, including fake accounts, is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
5.3. The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time with prior notice.

6.3. The company shall not be held liable for losses arising from market conditions, delays, or other external factors.

7. Termination of Services

7.1. The company may terminate any account for non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
7.2. Upon termination, all earnings and investments not claimed before the 2x cap will be forfeited.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of [Maharashtra Jurisdiction].

9. Modification of Terms
